Starting small/ 小さくはじめる

My recent latte art. Little by little but at least I am proceeding.　最近のラテアート。ちょっとずつ進歩してる。

I learned that starting small is one of the best ways to do something.

For example, short walking. If I choose to go to a gym or long-distance running, I couldn't have continued. But short walking I can continue so far.

I like reading books. I read books written in English. But I want to read more. So I decided to start small again. This time, I add reading an Engish picture book before asleep in bed. It is much easier to increase the reading time for English literature for me.

My priority is doing rather than planning.

最近になってようやく小さく始めることの重要性がわかった。特に自分にとってはそれが効くみたい。

たとえば短い散歩。

長いランニングやジム通いは自分の場合とてもできない。しかし短い散歩であれば続いているのだ。

自分は読書が好きだ。洋書も読んでいる。しかしもっと英語の読書をしたいなという思いがあった。そこで自分が選んだのは、寝る前にベッドの中で英語の絵本を読むということ。幸い図書館が近いのでいくらでも借りられる。これは洋書に割く時間を増やすよりもずっと簡単。

私にとってはやろうと計画することよりも、実行することのほうがはるかに優先度が高いのだ。
